| Finally, the vegetables are finished! Now, one might infer from my poor attitude towards the vegetables back in that part of the menu that I have something against vegetables. Far from it! Believe it or not, there is actually a use for vegetables. And here it is: salads. This one is unexpectedly yummy, too. Hidden underneath the delicate strips of finely killed bird, cucumber, lettuce, and PEANUT sauce, we have glass noodles. And I'll be damned if there isn't some kind of spice in there too. One of those that you don't even think about until you're almost done and you're like, hey, why the heck did that taste so good? Oh, it's this mysterious spiciness that's been playing around in my mouth for the whole meal. Sweet! |
