Shredded Pork and Celery

Awesome. Right away, I got to try something new. The pork isn't sliced like Harvest Pork, but thin strips. I believe there's carrots in here too, plus a little more garlic. And enough of the nice hot peppers. You don't think about celery in Chinese dishes too much, but in this one it really complements the heat of the sauce perfectly.
