I'd put this one right in between the KP Pork and the KP beef. Only problem with this time is that I forgot to ask for it hot. I mean yeah, Kung Pao is always hot, but if you don't ask for it, it's still a little "Americanized", if you know what I mean. But not too much. My ass still hurts, so that's good. Like I told Jer today, "These are the dishes that remind me why I'm doing this whole menu thing in the first place." If stranded on a desert island, I'd eat this dish for the rest of my life any day of the week.
