Item # 4:
Lightly-Fried Shredded Pork with Vegetable and Hot Bean Sauce
Very, very reminiscent of #2. A little hotter, and with bamboo shoots and carrots, if I remember correctly (I wrote this review long after.) This here is the first peak of the menu. Don't worry, it doesn't go down too far.
