Beef with Broccoli

A friend of mine recently sent me an email that mentioned some magazine called Real Simple, or something like that. Anyway, the point is, this dish probably deserves an article in such a magazine. Just broccoli and beef in a brown oyster sauce. That piece of pepper in the photo is an anomaly - probably just a piece left over from some other dish. A nice meal to have if you're on some kind of bland diet, or can't handle stuff that's too spicy, or whatever. I probably won't have it again, but that's just me.
