This one tastes great. Looks ok. Texture's just...a little...mushy. And the trip home didn't do it any favors. The flavor of this one is such that if you pureed it in a blender it would make an amazing sauce for some California cuisine fou-fou restaurant that I hate. But the best place for it is right here at the restaurant before taking it home. Oh yeah, one more thing: best vegetarian dish.
