Today was a very special day. Today, someone I ate with actually had Harvest Pork so that I could taste it again (it's been months!) and take a photo of it. No, actually, I had a conversation with a very important person who must go unnamed because of his job. Now, I used to keep nuclear secrets so I know all about keeping confidential things confidential. I could write who it is here, but then I'd have to kill you all. And identifying people by the ip address of those who hit this page is very very difficult. So in that case, it will remain a secret. On to the dish: Now, I've come upon the impression in the last, oh, ten or so dishes, that vegetables are boring. You can't really make a whole meal out of them, or anything that tastes any good, unless you add tofu, or, you know, meat. But this one is different. Very very spicy, and I didn't even have to ask. Plus the texture is just about perfect. I honestly forgot there was no meat in here. (Until my lunch companion let me try his Harvest Pork, and, oh yeah! meat's good too!). There's a little bit of broccoli. Good work on the string beans, and just the right number of bamboo shoots (41). And no, Chris, this rating isn't overrated just because I'm in a good mood. BTW you'll notice I've added some salads in there because, well, they're on the menu doggone it and they should be there (plus it's an excuse to prolong this thing for as long as it takes). And then there at the end - it's mystery item #78! What is it? I could tell you, but then I'd.... well, you know.
