SFSTREETS

This has turned out to be my most prolific street so far, as far as photos go, mainly because I'm using my new camera for the first time. As it started out, I was surprised by the concentration of trees and other interesting vegetation that people had on their property. It kind of petered out toward the end, after I got down the big hill. Saw an interesting "tea lounge" on 18th street that I might like to try sometime. Stopped by Noc Noc on Haight afterwards for a beer and that helped make the day very fulfilling. I like the texture of this street.

I never realized there were so many trees here.

What can I say, I like bugs.

You see lots of these all over the place now in SF. Can't blame them.

A Lipton's Tea place. I can't figure out why people leave those old ads up there.

The Upper Noe Rec center. There are some decent tennis courts outside and an indoor basketball gym.

A really decent Chinese place. My favorites from them, so far, are the Ma Po Bean Curd (which they really know how to spice up), and the Sunflower Beef, that has a bunch of those skinny white mushrooms.

A very interesting convenience store. Almost everything is rounded to the nearest dollar

Many colorful houses.

A clock shop. I just realized now that that clock is working.

Another Lipton's Tea sign.

Don't even think about golfing or soccering in this place.

Noe Valley Ministry. Not only is it a church, but they have some really good musical acts there, like Gamelan Sekar Jaya.

Looking back down into Noe Valley.

From almost the top of Hill Street.

Lots of nice greenery.

A tiny little park, around Cumberland.

These people were kind enough to let me take their photo.

There's another sushi place across the street as well. I should try them sometime.

At the insersection of Sanchez, Market, and Fifteenth streets.

The end.
